Aztec Resources was founded with a straightforward belief: IT recruitment should be done by people who genuinely understand technology. Too many agencies treat tech roles as just another vacancy type - the same process applied to a developer as to a finance administrator. The results show.

We built Aztec differently. Our consultants come from technology backgrounds or have spent years specialising in a specific area of IT recruitment. We Brief Properly

Before we do anything, we take a detailed brief. Not just the job spec - the team dynamics, the tech environment, what has gone wrong with previous hires and what success looks like at 6 and 12 months.
